What we collect
When you create an account, we collect the username and email you provide, and (optionally) your full name and phone number. We store a hashed version of your password — never the plain text.
When you use a tool, we log the tool identifier, a successful or failed flag, and the IP address you used so we can prevent abuse. We do not store the full contents of what you enter except where the tool explicitly saves a result for your account.
When you use an image or PDF tool, the file you upload is stored briefly in a private temporary directory on our server, processed, returned to you, and then deleted within 60 minutes at the latest.
Cookies and sessions
We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party tracking cookies unless you accept analytics cookies via our cookie banner (if enabled).
How we use your data
- To operate the tools, save favorites and history, and manage your subscription.
- To reply to support enquiries.
- To prevent abuse (rate limiting, fraud prevention).
- To send account emails (verification, password reset, receipts).
- To send newsletters only if you explicitly opt in.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not share your uploaded files with third parties.
- We do not retain files beyond what is needed to deliver the result.
Third-party services
Payments are processed by Razorpay (their privacy policy applies to payment data). Currency rates are fetched from a third-party exchange-rate API that receives only the base currency code. Pi price is fetched from a market data provider that receives no user data.
Your rights
You can view and update your profile at any time, request deletion of your account from the account settings, and ask us for a copy of your data by emailing contact@toolsgallery.online.
